What to Expect
A Warm Welcome
When you arrive, our team will greet you in our comfortable and inviting lobby. You’ll receive new patient paperwork, including a health questionnaire, insurance details, and contact forms. We’ll also provide an overview of our office policies, ensuring you’re familiar with our patient-centered approach and commitment to privacy.
Initial Examination
Your first visit will take approximately one hour. During this time, we’ll:
Discuss your oral health history and hygiene routine.
Address any concerns you may have.
Educate you on how to maintain optimal oral health.
A dental hygienist will perform a thorough cleaning, and Dr. Omar Abdel-Rahim will complete a comprehensive examination. Based on your needs, we’ll recommend treatments and create a personalized plan to improve your oral health.

Comfort and Pain Management
We prioritize your comfort and work to minimize any discomfort during treatments. Dr. Abdel-Rahim will discuss your pain tolerance and develop a customized plan for pain management. Our goal is to make your experience as stress-free and effective as possible.

Dental Insurance and Financial Policies

For patients without full insurance coverage, we offer flexible payment options, including cash, check, credit cards, and financing solutions. Our team will work with you to create a plan that fits your budget, ensuring you receive the dental care you need.
